UK: We use Royal Mail 1st class delivery service as standard, for deliveries. 

If you require a tracked service,  please Contact Us to arrange an upgraded service at an additional fee.

Jewellery

For Standard delivery, our aim for  in-stock items is to prepare your order and dispatch it within 2 working days [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within 2-5 working days (UK)/ 5-7 working days (worldwide) from the date it was dispatched.

For Customized/Pre-order items, we ask that you allow up to 3 weeks (UK) 6 weeks (world wide), depending on the volume of orders on our system. Please contact us for an expected production and delivery date for such orders.

Clothing & all other accessories

For Standard delivery, our aim is to prepare your order and dispatch it within 5 working days [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within 2-5 working days (UK)/ 5-7 working days (worldwide) from the date it was dispatched.

Combined postage is available- see individual pricing on product listing.

International: We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed as standard for larger items ( such as hoodies) or larger orders, for deliveries outside the UK. These items will require a signature on receipt.

Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail Standard International service.

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: when using our standard shipping option,  Africa Is Love takes no responsible for items lost/ stolen during transit. We will send a confirmation email,  once your order has been dispatched. 

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
